Guests reach their invitation through the personal link sent to them. Event staff manage the guest list, requests and check-in from the dashboard.

Accept or decline, dietary needs, allergies, accessibility arrangements and support companions — captured per event, with capacity and deadlines enforced.
A place is allocated before any pass is issued. Each pass is accepted once; cancelling or reissuing revokes the previous one.

Invitations are issued exclusively to the named guest and are non-transferable. Admission is subject to verification against the approved guest list.
